1. The 60-day guarantee
Westmere Wellness LLC offers a 60-day money-back guarantee on Jelly Tide purchases made through buyjellytide.com. The guarantee period begins on the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund of the product purchase price within 60 days.
2. How to request a refund
Email orders@buyjellytide.com within the 60-day window with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with a return authorization and the return shipping address. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed.
3. Returning product
Return all bottles from your order, including empty ones, to the address provided. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items we do not receive.
4. Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we refund the product purchase price to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days. Original outbound shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable.
5. Eligibility
This policy applies only to purchases made through this authorized portal. Products bought from unauthorized sellers, marketplaces, or third parties are not eligible. One guarantee redemption applies per household unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund it in full, including return shipping.
