Shipping, tracking & returns

Processing and delivery

Orders placed through this portal are processed and leave our U.S. fulfillment center within one business day. Standard delivery within the United States averages 3 to 6 business days from dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your label is created.

Shipping cost

• 2-bottle starter: flat $9.95 U.S. shipping
• 3-bottle and 6-bottle boxes: free U.S. shipping
• Every box ships from the authorized 2026 production batch verified on our portal

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, use the tracking link in your confirmation email. If it has been more than two business days and you have not received tracking, email orders@buyjellytide.com with your order number and we will sort it out.

Returns and refunds

Every order is covered by the 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, email orders within 60 days for a return authorization and the return address. Send back your bottles, even empty ones, and we refund the product price once the return arrives, typically within 5 to 7 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right at no cost to you, including return shipping.
